Precision Training Hot Cold Pack
The Precision Training Hot/Cold Reusable Gel Pack with strap provides effectvie cooling or warming relief to muscles and joints. It is also ideal for relieving pain, reducing swelling and accelerating the healing process.
It features a durable gel filled pouch, 27cm x 10 1/2cm, which fits inside a netted and soft backed protective sleeve, just slightly bigger. This is then kept in place with an elasticated strap, which is both removable and adjustable for additional comfort, which is 41cm unstretched and has hook velcro, facing the same way, on both ends.
It can be placed in the microwave for 30 seconds or hot water of 7 minutes to provide instant hot therapy, or put in the freezer an hour and a half before use to provide long lasting cold relief. Both forms of therapy are effective in aiding discomfort to a number of areas, making this an ideal multipurpose product.
